What is Leony doing in Paris? He said he is attending a UNESCO conference on water, or something related to water. Maybe Leony can explain further and we will post it here. After all, we are spending thousands of pesos per day on him as the lone Philippine delegate to the conference. But we can be sure that every peso spent is worth it.
